My passenger seat belt wont go all the way to the clicker thing I have a 95 Mustang..how do i fix that?

It done it one time before but nu friend fixed it.....its like linky but won't strech to the clicker...my friend messed it up by tryna put on his seat belt but I guess he sttech it to far...how do I fix it?
