Theres like a white/green/yellow crust on my industrial piercing?

Like I said, every so often I check my industrial piercing which I got 14th of this month. Never had problems with it or anything and now it's got a crust. There's no puss when I take the crust off, just by the time i'v looked again (later that day) it's back. I'v literally just noticed it today. I havent cleaned it for a couple of days though so could that be it (and I know I have to clean it everyday but i'v had a lot on my plate and a piercing wasnt at the front of my mind) Also I'v been banging it unusually a lot lately so could that be it. What do I have to do and is it infected????
