What is the most embarressing thing you have done?

I have run into doors and walls and fences, i fell down stairs on a cruise, i got lost driving in a parking garage, i tried to unlock my car without a key(i dont have a clicker for my car), hit my head on the window of my house, those are just a few embarrassing things i have done. can anyone beat those?
