What can i train my pet rabbit :D ?

I have a rabbit called chester he has just turned 1, He is really well behave he goes to the toilet in the right place, he does not bite me or anything, he is a very cuddley loving pet! I got this leaflet on training rabbits and apparently you can "clicker train" them, I was thinking of doing this but what can you actually teach them? I have heard you can do agility with them, but how do I train him that?! also I am having some troubles for when he is out in the garden, he keeps eating my mums plants and digging holes! how do I stop this? x
