So i had my belly pierced three months ago this saturday but when should i change it?!!?

so i have had my belly button done three months this saturday and i do not have any crust or green stuff its now fine i wanted to know would it be ok to change it my mum doesnt want me to change it until it is healed but i know its healed now and i wondered will it be okaa to change it now please help:)x
