I just got my rook pierced i need help seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

K i got my rook pierced a week ago. The piercing kinda hurt but its cause the thick cartilage i have. But i cleaned it everyday. I kinda messed with it a bit but really not a whole lot i stayed out of dirty water. Ex lakes and ocean. I never left it under running water or more then a couple Min's. But yesterday i was experiencing serious pain in my ear i had cleaned it twice that day with my h2ocean spray. I that night it got so bad that i iced it for 2 hours then the pain was unbearable i looked at it in the mirror it wasn't badly swollen i had no crust on the piercing. Then i iced it more then Finlay decided to take a percaset to ease the pain it helped and i passed right out then i work up this Morning my ear barley hurt but i was swollen to twice its normal size the balls weren't covered but i cant see the bar anymore and i woke up to clean it and a thick crust was on it it was a yellow crust like after you get a cut and it stops bleeding and you get the yellow crus on it thats wat it looked like. So i cleaned it off put h2ocen on it o clean it then i sea salted my ear for about 5 mins. Am i doing everything correctly i dont wan mpiercingng to be infected ohaveeTakeak i out an how long will it take before the swelling goes down. Itherere anything else i can do to help it?? plz help it hurts sooo bad
