I think my belly button is infected?

I got my belly button pierced 6 days ago and until today it has been pain free and tolerable for the most part. Today I noticed it was red, swollen, very sore, and I noticed white crust around the ball of the piercing. I've been cleaning it the way the piercer told me, with H2Ocean spray, but I'm not gonna lie...I've been playing with it a little and I think that's' why it's infected. I took a shower and rinsed it very well so the swelling has gone down and it's not as red but still hurts. So, what should I do? Thanks for your help!
