How To Teach A 5 Year Old Macaw To Fly? And More Questions.?

Im Getting a Macaw This Weekend. But The breeder Told me that the Bird Dosent Know How to fly he's 5 Years old, And well his wing where clip all his hole life and never knew how to fly so i want to show him how to fly and then teach him how to fly outside in parks or outside my house but for the bird to come back to me of course but first show him how to fly and show him what to do to fly. One more thing, i want to show him how to talk! How can i show him how to talk? And lets say if the bird is not tame, and i want to handle him and do trick and etc... would the touch training and other stuff like with the clicker, would it work?
