Whats a good homemade pot pie recipe?

I need a pot pie recipe with homemade crust that goes on the top AND bottom! I have searched and searched and allI can find are recipes that say to put the filling in the pan then put the crust on top (no bottom crust) so it's not even a "pie" I don't have access to frozen pie crust so i'm looking to do it homemade. any help would be great!
