Does my kitten have a cold or something?

ussually whenever my kitten goes to sleep and wakes up his eyes are all crusted up and cant see so i just take a warm wet cloth and keep wipping it...it seems like its getting better but i dont know for sure...its eyes even crust up when he isnt sleeping...then my other kittens eyes crust up to but not as bad as the other one...he sneezes occasionally to...any solutions??? if possible i would like a home remedy to cure them. i dont have the money to take him to a vet or anything...is there any over the counter antibiotics i can give him??? thank you (:
