Toaster Strudel Issues?

Okay, so I eat Toaster Strudels every other morning. But for some reason, whenever I bite into one, the inside is still kind of frozen! (It's warm but its not jelly, like in the commercials) I put the toaster on the Medium setting but the middle doesn't cook through! The only way to get the middle jelly-like is to burn the crust!!! Are there any other methods of cooking a Toaster Strudel to get the desired jelly-like middle with a crispy crust? How do YOU cook it?
