Snagged my eyebrow ring and now it hurts?

Okay so my piercing snagged on my blanket and snagged pretty hard. it hurt like crazy but i thought nothing of it. i work at Kroger and they make me take my piercing out when i go to work. I've had the piercing for a year so i have taken it out plenty of times for days at a time and it still went back in. but this time it was only four hours and the bottom hole already formed a thin layer of skin. i ripped it through and white stuff came out with blood....now its red and green slime is coming out and its crusting like crazy....is it infected or just irritated...its been like five days since it happened and its still doing the same thing
