They have been renamed on purpose. DO NOT RESTART YOUR MACHINE Download malware bytes and update it. Once you run rkill then you will be able to download malware bytes. This should fix your problem. Run mal ware bytes delete whatever it finds. Make sure you turn off any AV you might have running before running rkill. it's useless at this point anyway.
