New rook peircing in pain. need help ?

K i got my rook peirced a week ago. The peircing kinda hurt but its cause the thick cartilage i have. But i cleaned it everyday. I kinda messed with it a bit but really not a whole lot i stayed out of dorty water. Ex lakes and ocean. I never left it under running water or more then a couple mins. But yesturday i was experiensing seriou pain in my ear i had cleaned it twice that day with my h2ocean spray. I that night it got so bad that i iced it for 2 hours then the pain was unbarable i looked at it in the mirror it wasnt badly swollen i had no crust on the peircing. Then i iced it more then finaly decided to take a percaset to ease the pain it helpped and i passed right out then i wokr up this morening my ear barly hurt but i was swollen to twice its normal size the balls werent covered but i cant see thbar anymore and i woke up to clean it and a thick crust was on it it was a yellow crust like afer you get a cut and it stops bleeding and you get the yellow crus on it thats wat it looked like. So i cleanned it off put h2ocen on it o clean it then i sea salted my ear for about 5 mins. Am i doing everything correctly i dont wan my peircing to be infected or haveo tak i out an how long will it take before the swelling goes down. Is thre anything else i can do to help it?? plz help it hurts spooo bad
