Keep my laptop or get a macbook?

I have to say, if you're only getting a MacBook for college, such as reports and research, then it's probably the better option. Unfortunately, MacBooks run a VERY limited amount of apps, aside from the ones available from the App Store, most of which are paid. They are also very expensive. But as I said before, if it's just for college, aside from the price, it's the better of the two.
