Is FaceBook's Zuckerberg punishing non-revenue making participants?

I have the same problem. I have been using FB for several years but I never click on ads and while I check updates daily, I rarely post, don't play games, have no apps, limited privacy to friends only, and I am now limited to less than a day of all updates (with option for updates from all friends and pages to show). I think you may be right since we do not bring any revenue. I hope someone else will come up with a better idea soon.
