I think my leopard gecko is impacted, what do you think?

Okay i left a question yesterday and i think my gecko is impacted. He has a red/purple blob on his lower tummy, he wont eat, he's extremely weak and very thin. I've taken him to the vet before because he stopped eating (about 2 months ago) but recently he's been eating less. His head keeps twitching and his movement is very slow and abnormal. I have changed his substrate from sand to kitchen towels and been dropping water with lizard vitamins on his nose. I have also been advised to drop olive oil on his nose which i have done. I have also been bathing him in warm water. I only found him ill yesterday. Does this sound like impaction? should i continue treating him like this or are there any other methods? Thankyou.
