Car won't start. I got the the shift cable replaced two days ago and it drove to the gas station. I put gas in?

and tried to start up but nothing. I got my car towed home and got it looked at by a former mechanic. He told me the battery was weak so i replaced still nothing. Then I was told to tap the starter i did and still nothing no noise AT ALL except the key turning car dinging noise plus all lights bright subwoofers sounding off and air lights flashing on and off withthe turn of the switch, I replaced the starter and battery connectors and removed stereo system and nothing. Its a 93 Honda Accord Manual Transmission. Need help bad. I'm in Jacksonville, NC if there are any local mechanics near Gum Branch.
