Anybody know how to program the remote fob clicker for a 2006 Hyundai Elantra?

Hi I lost my car keys and now want to replace the remote clicker. I called the dealership and of course they said all together for the cost of the transponder and programming would be 185 dollars. I've checked online and see that I can get a brand new factory one for as low as 40 bucks but none of these sites offer the programming instructions. Anybody?
